Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to book. If not paid within 30 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled.

• The remaining balance is due on the day in cash or bank transfer.

• By paying the deposit, you agree to our policies.

Health & Safety

• We cannot provide service if you have any of the following: open sores, eye infections, bleeding, contagious diseases, cold/flu, skin conditions, pink eye, styes, or allergies to lash glue.

• Let us know about any allergies or sensitivities before booking. We are not responsible for any reactions.

Appointments

• Only the person receiving the service is allowed—no extra people or kids.

• Any changes to your lashes must be requested before the end of the appointment. Additional time (if available) costs £20 per 30 minutes.
  
  We may take photos/videos during the session for social media and marketing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You can reschedule once if you give at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows will result in losing your deposit.

• Rescheduling must happen within 14 days or the deposit is forfeited.

Refill Policy

• 1-week fill (within 10 days) – At least 65% of lashes intact after outgrown ones are removed.

• 2–3 weeks fill (within 21 days) – At least 40% of lashes intact. 
  
  Less than 40% or over 21 days = New full set charge.

Late Policy

• A 15-minute grace period applies.

• If you're over 30 minutes late and no call, the appointment may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.

Touch-Ups

• If you experience extreme lash fallout, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

• A quick touch-up (under 30 mins) is free within 5 days. After 5 days, it’s considered a fill.

No Refunds

• If you react to the lashes, we’ll remove them for free, but the deposit is non-refundable.

• We don’t offer refunds for dissatisfaction or allergic reactions after the appointment.

Reminders

• Arrive on time (or 5–10 mins early).

• Come with clean, makeup-free lashes.

• Avoid caffeine beforehand for a relaxed session.

• Balance due in cash or bank transfer only at the end.
